Surge Vaccinations now open to anyone aged 18 to 24 in Wokingham Borough

Our surge vaccination programme has been opened up to anyone aged 18 to 24 living in Wokingham borough.

Anyone in the age category can get their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine at Bulmershe Leisure Centre between Tuesday 15 June and Sunday 27 June. Opening hours are 9.30am to 8.30pm. Previously it was only open to young people in certain parts of the borough.

This is for first doses only. Second doses should be booked through the NHS website. We anticipate there may be high demand for this service, so please be patient with us during this time.

Please bring proof of ID, NHS number and proof of address. Anyone not living in the Wokingham borough will be turned away.

Parking is being made available at the Woodley United FC/University of Reading car park on Woodlands Avenue. The postcode for this is RG6 1FR.

The Addington School and Bulmershe School car parks will also be available after 5.30pm.

The next nearest parking is available in Woodley town centre. Please do not park at the leisure centre site or cause obstructions in nearby residential areas.
