Phone Delays

Patients are being advised that the surgery has a number of staff off work which means we are currently unable to offer a full reception service. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

If you have an urgent medical request, please ring 01189 784566, go on line and submit an eConsult (www.wokinghammedicalcentre.co.uk) or make a video appointment with our colleagues via the Push Doctor App and arrangements will be made for you to access the appropriate advice and support.

The situation, which involves a few members of staff testing positive for Covid and a number of colleagues self-isolating, is being closely monitored and we will update patients as soon as we are able to resume normal reception services.

The surgery has adhered to very strict infection control guidelines, social distancing, mask and hand sanitising rules and, following advice from Public Health England and local Infection Control team we have carried out a thorough deep clean in the building.

Repeat prescriptions – These should continue to be ordered in the usual way
